NSW PPA Cohort 3 Support Sessions

Join Cohort 3 of the CLARITY Learning Suite (CLS): Facilitator program. Following successful programs for CLARITY Learning Suite and Essentials Support in 2024 and 2025, the CLS Team offers a 2026 program.

This Facilitators’ program is designed for school leadership teams and Knowledgeable Others. This series of 6 online professional learning sessions serves New South Wales (NSW) Leaders and Educators through the NSW Primary Principals Association.

The cost for the support session is per school and you may have as many staff as you wish join the online sessions.

Workshop Details:

Workshop 1

Date: Wednesday 18 March

Getting to know each other- building Professional Relationships.

Setting the scene for impactful implementation and sustaining of CLS practices for learning improvement for ALL learners.

Orientation to CLS – Introducing the CLS Team and the technology of CLS.

Introducing fundamental principles of the CLS Guide to Implementing and Sustaining.

Modules: Orientation to CLS (Module 1) and Introducing 'Leadership to Do this Work' (Module 2)

Workshop 2

Date: Wednesday 1 April
Time: 7:45-9:00 am (Sydney AEDT)

Focus: Learning Walks and Talks to demonstrate Assessment that Improves Instruction, The Third Teacher and the power of asking students’ The 5 Questions.

Workshop 3

Date: Wednesday 3 June
Time: 7:45-9:00 am (Sydney AEST)

Learning Modules: The 14 Parameters: A Learning Framework, Knowing the FACES of Learners, Collaborative Inquiry for Professionals

Workshop 4

Date: Wednesday 1 July
Time: 7:45-9:00 am (Sydney AEST)

Teaching Modules (Part 2): Processes That Support Collaborative Inquiry with Students, Using Data Walls for Prevention, and Case Management Meetings for Intervention.

Workshop 5

Leading Modules: The Knowledgeable Other – Leading Alongside, Precision in Leadership Practice, Pulling It Together – Leading for the Future.

Workshop 6

Date: Wednesday 9 September

Celebratory Learning Fair: Participants present their learning using PPT presentations in the Retell/Relate/Reflect format.

Commit to Action: Submit Evaluation Form of Training Sessions to CLS Facilitators to improve the program.
